Rabbit Hill is located in Bangkok’s Chinatown and has a classic Shanghai interior. The red walls and low lighting create a unique atmosphere to enjoy some beer brewed in Asia, snacks or whiskey highballs & chuhai drinks. It is a narrow bar with only 3 stools at the bar.
The man behind the bar at Rabbit Hill is also the importer of Moonzen brewery out of Hong Kong, and Shiga Kogen Brewery from Japan. Thus, there are a number of bottles and taps of both available.
At a visit in December, the 6 taps were Guinness, Sapporro, 3 Shiga, and 1 Moonzen. The beer fridge had local beer by Bangkaew Brewery and a range of imports including BrewDog, Little Creatures, Rogue, and Stone.

Getting there:
Bangkok’s Chinatown is not connected to the BTS (Skytrain), so if using public transportation, the options are to grab a local bus or use the older MRT subway system: Wat Mangkok is the closest station.
Bangkok’s Chinatown is reportedly one of the biggest in the world and is a funky fun area to visit and explore. It has a different feel from the rest of the city, which is immediately apparent in the old-style housing architecture that you find on almost every block. The mix of cultures makes for some great places offering good food and drink. Bowls of noodles and grilled shellfish are just a couple examples of food prospects.
If visiting Bangkok’s Chinatown, other bars in the area that are within easy walking distance include Haze BKK, Pijiu Beer Bar, and a little further out is Tai Soon Bar.
