Hair of the Dog (Phloen Chit) celebrated 8 years of slinging a variety of imported and local craft beer in Bangkok.

Located on the 2nd floor, almost directly above Billy’s Smokehouse, Hair of the dog put all of its beers on discount, and brought in some really unique beers.

Some of the unique beers on tap were the Pheebok (Thai) & Heretic (USA) collaboration of a triple IPA. They also had a bourbon barrel aged barley wine by the Bruery that was intense.

Getting to Hair of the Dog Phloen Chit:

The craft beer specialist is pretty central, and only a couple stops away from Siam BTS interchange.

If taking public transportation, go to Phloen Chit BTS station. Do a U-turn out of exit 2 or 4, and look for Mahatun Plaza. Find Billy’s Smokehouse and to the right there is a staircase that leads up to Hair of the Dog with it’s medical center style décor, and other restaurants on the upper floor.
