Oktoberfest Events in Bangkok, 2024

The “Oktoberfest” season is upon us, and over the next couple of weeks, a variety of Oktoberfest specials and events will be popping up. We at the Bangkok Beer Guide love a good chance to enjoy Oktoberfest style beer, and eat some good German food.

• FYI – Last year, Lifestyle Asia did a list of upscale Oktoberfest options in their article ‘Where to Celebrate Oktoberfest‘
• Chit Beer, a local Thai craft brewery has it’s own ‘Chitoberfest‘ available at most of it’s locations.

Oktoberfest Events in Bangkok:

G’s Bangkok, German and Thai Restaurant

A highly recommended spot to enjoy German food and German beer – in liter steins, too. It is more of a restaurant so will be offering Oktoberfest beer coming in from Germany on top of a menu full of traditional options for food.
* Currently waiting for them to announce when their Oktoberfest menu will be released/offered.

Brewave Brewpub

Brewave is one of Bangkok’s Brewpubs, and are offering a food special for Oktoberfest. Beer options are their normal daily offerings.

Hopscotch Bar

A new bar in Bangkok located on the west side of the river, across from Asiatique, will be offering German Oktoberfest beer on tap for about 3 weeks.

Beer Republic is celebrating Oktoberfest for a month by offering special German food dishes and German beer on tap.

12Plato brews its own beer in Bang Na, and is offering a special brewing showcase for anyone interested in the beautiful science and art of brewing beer. Free Entry, but RSVP requested as limited seating.

Underdog Micro Brewery, one of Bangkok’s many brewpubs, will be hosting its Oktoberfest for 3 weeks. They will be offering a variety of German/Oktoberfest food as well as beer styles brewed by them on site.

United People’s Brewery

United People’s Brewery, one of Bangkok’s Brewpub, is doing an Oktoberfest by offering their own lager, and German sausage, sauerkraut, and mustard.

Hop House Brewing Oktoberfest in Pattaya

This Oktoberfest event is in Pattaya, not Bangkok, but they were kind enough to reach out that they were doing an Oktoberfest and wanted to be included. We are happy to spread the beer love.

CRAFT 23

CRAFT is the open-air beer garden in Sukhumvit, that boasts the most beers on tap in Bangkok. They will be offering Paulaner Oktoberfest beer, as well as other German beer styles.

Londoner Oktoberfest

The Londoner will kick off their Oktoberfest celebration on October 4th. German Foods specials on offer, as well as Hofbräu München Oktoberfestbier in half or full litre servings.

Mikkeller Bangkok Oktoberfest

Mikkeller Bangkok will be having two weeks of Oktoberfest, including Festbier by Hacklberg and smoked pork knuckle – though pre-ordering is recommended.

German Thai Chamber of Commerce Oktoberfest – SOLD OUT

Bangkok’s biggest and most authentic Oktoberfest event. The event usually sells out weeks ahead. Live band in from Germany, big food buffet, and German beer.

Alexander’s German Eatery (A.G.E.)

Alexander’s German Eatery will celebrate Oktoberfest at the end of October going into November. Festbier and other German beer will be offered along with Live Music and games.

Paulaner Garden Restaurant Halloween Oktoberfest

Paulaner Beer Garden is a restaurant on the east side of the city, and will be holding a mixed Halloween and Oktoberfest event at the end of October on Halloween.
