Its not a bar, but Bao Café in Silom does have a couple taps and beers in the fridge. It is a part of the Carabao Group, and so has the Tawandang Beer on tap and in cans. The cafe has multiple beers, and the convenience store next door also has all the same beers and more in the fridge and available for purchase in pack quantities.
