It is not even half way through the month, but we are already getting a glimpse of some of Samata’s Big July releases. From a few recently announced collaboration drops with SUdden Death and Bad Seed, and at least 3 smoothie sour that are being prep’ed for the thirsty folk in Thailand.

Looks like the trip to Denmark by Samata Brewing has yeilded a vaiety of collaboartions.

Bad Seed Brewing – SIAM

  • SIAM (5%) lager
  • Brewed with Bad Seed in Denmark

Siam, is a Thai-inspired Rice Lager! This Rice Lager features a very similar grist to our West Coast Pilsners, just with the addition of flaked rice, making it even paler and more crisp. It features a hotside hop addition of Hallertau Mittelfrüh and warm whirlpool with Lemongrass & Kaffir Lime Leaves. To complement the flavors of the Lemongrass & Kaffir, we added a dose of Krush hops as well, for its tropical herb nuances and a touch of more modern tropical fruitiness. In the lagering tank we gave it a final touch of Lemongrass & Kaffir Lime, to give it a nice & expressive, yet balanced exotic herbal touch!

Sudden Death – Pastry Sour
