A partnership of many local breweries, United People’s Brewery is a bit more of a brewpub that is located not too far from Chatuchak market. There are lots of events that happen at the brewery/brewpub, but you will need to get car to get to there, unless you really like a long walk.
United People’s Brewery (UPB) celebrates their 3rd anniversary in May 2025.
The bar serves a variety of Thai dishes and pub grub, and of course local Thai craft beer, much of it brewed on site. Beer brands that are commonly found at the brewery include:
- Sandport
- Yod Beer
- PheeBok
The bar is popular for Newcastle Football fans, and also has various events happening at the location.
The UPB location has a large parking lot, but is not easy to get to using public transportation; best to use a taxi if you are not driving.
UPB is the home base for Group B Beer Distributors, and is also a strong presence in the Thai Craft Brewers Association.
