“At Fullmoon Brewworks, we asked: What if we applied that same principle to recreate new style of beer that truly reflect Thainess? The answers, we found out, were limitless. With a strong will to bring about new tastes and experiences, Full Moon Brewworks emerged as an artisan beer brewer in 2010. It is one of the very few Microbreweries in Thailand, and the only one on the beautiful island of Phuket. We combined traditional beer-making technique with the Thai art of culinary and local ingredients. Our Approach is to produce beers with lots of flavors made from high quality Malt, Hops, Yeast from the world’s leading sources, blend it with local herbs, spices, and fruits to deliver the distinctive new definition of Thai beer.
