Belgo Brasserie’s Grand Opening

Belgo Brasserie’s Grand Opening was held March 19th, 2026. It was a great chance to enjoy the Belgian style beers and the little samples of the Belgian food from their menu, too.

The beers were flowing and the bar WAS PACKED!

While many people chose to enjoy the tables and chairs towards the back of the restaurant, the majority of the people stood closer to the bar to talk and enjoy the selection of Belgo’s beers and cocktails

Belgo Belgian Beers

Beglo’s Belgian beers were fresh and tasty! While Belgian style beers can be sweet and/or strong, these beers are much better to be able to pair with food.

Belgo’s beer included a wit, a tripel (called Royal), a golden Ale, a session IPA, and amber and a cherry (I’m told is sweet and good for dessert).

Belgo Belgian Food Samples

The grand opening was an opportunity to try many of the traditional Belgian foods that are featured on their menu – but in smaller appetizer sizes.

  • Belgian tartare
  • Bitterballen
  • Belgian frites,
  • Salmon on mini-waffles

This was such a ‘prestigious event’ that there were three Belgian Ambassadors in attedance, as well as the owners of the company, and even one of the bar designers flew in from Vietnam for the day to attend.
