Returning to the Lawn of the upscale Kimpton Maa-Lai hotel, just north of Lumphini Park in central Bangkok – Chilli Fest 2026. There are usually a selection of beer available to tame the heat from the various spicy dishes that are on offer at the event.
Highlights from Last Year
Some of the highlights from last year include a delicious Mala Chicken by 𝗔𝗡𝗝𝗨 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 & 𝗕𝗮𝗿, and of course some local brewed beer by Vana Brewing.
We also got to see local hot sauce makers like Firepower Hot Sauces, That Daeng Sauce, and more.
