Come the end of August, Seize Bar to Close… Seize the Day is a craft beer bar in Nonthaburi that has a bit of history in the community. They are known for bringing in lots of imported beers, and some local stuff, too. In a post dated July 7th (below) they announced they will be closing at the nd of August.

Hello everyone, we’d like to inform you that Zeize the Day will be open until the end of August and will close after that. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all our customers, patrons, members, friends, and dear companions for your kind support and for journeying with us for almost a decade.

Zeize the Day began simply and with passionate dreams. Our story blossomed from a small space in a sparkling glass room, amidst the dimly lit nights on the outskirts of the capital city, alongside the exquisite white foam from the rim of the glass. We were committed to delivering happiness, sharing experiences, and spreading goodwill through the drinks we love. And now, it’s time for us to embark on a new path.

We grew from the early days of craft beer, amidst the dynamic changes of the political landscape, from the boisterous laughter of lively nights. Music plays, glasses clink together. Someone heads straight to the bar with passion, while another is fast asleep, intoxicated by a multitude of drinks. Spring rain pours down, or the chill creeps through the doorways, inviting us to venture outside into the late autumn breeze. See who’s returning – old friends from days gone by, and new ones who love IPAs as much as they love level three of intoxication. Don’t worry, we’ve checked ATK. The power’s out today, but you can still buy drinks to go. Watch out! Whose dirty vomit is that in front of the restroom? How did that dog get in? And look! That peanut vendor is back again!

Some remember us as a library of diverse beers, others as a small neighborhood beer bar. Some come to drink, others to savor. Some like the unusual, others like the unusual. Some bring a bag full of happiness, others bring two bags of sorrow. Many lives and stories have been etched in this space. But as days pass, everything becomes yesterday.

We are proud and grateful to have been a part of everyone’s memories, and we want to thank you all once again for journeying with us. We believe our duty is complete. All good things must come to an end, but the memories and the people will live on forever.
