In time for Halloween, Samata Brewing has released a couple of spooky beers. We added some of the places we know has mentioned having the beers, so if you are looking for local Thai craft beer for the Halloween weekend, check out the Samata Halloween Fruit sours.
Beer Geek Notes: The beers come in at about 4% ABV, so they make good session beers to share. The sour notes are rather light, instead the beers tend to be on the sweeter side. There is sediment in the beer, so be sure to swirl the can to make sure it doesn’t separate too much.
– “For pouring Samata Fruited Sour, we recommends doing so – flipping the can 4-5 times before pouring to allow the fruit pulp to spread out.” – Samata Brewery
