M Pub is a pretty large, very clean bar on the ground floor of the Ascott Hotel that offers a variety of beer from Europe, has a full bar and menu, and offers a pool table and live music most days of the week.

Getting to M Pub:
The bar is on the south side of Sathon road, and connected to the Ascott Hotel.
If taking public transportation, go to Saint Louis BTS (skytrain) station, and the building is few steps from the exit 4 staircase. Walk straight out the exit, and the hotel building will be on the right hand side with the bar’s awning and beer signs at the ground level.
Belgian and German beers, Guinness, too
The bar serves a variety of beer s from continental Europe, and has Guinness on tap as well. In the beer fridge is the famous Belgian beer, Kwak, and the accompanying special beer glass.
The special Kwak beer glass comes from the Napoleonic code in Belgium when coach drivers could not leave the horses, and so the glass was developed to serve the coach drivers outside.
The glass could be held on the carriage, as shown, and could also be held by the coach drivers when wearing thick gloves.
