Joe’s Whisper has since been renamed. Was located in Silom.

The bar had the look of a traditional wood paneled pub, but inside features high-end alcohol and bottle sales.
Beers tend to the Belgian standards: Hoegaarden, Leffe, and Stella. Guinness and Budweiser also on tap.

Getting to Joe’s Whisper:
The bar is a block south of Silom Road in the central business district in Bangkok.
If taking public transportation, go to Chong Nonsi BTS (skytrain) station, and take exit 3. Walk a couple blocks north, passing local Thai-Chinese restaurants and massage shops.
