Burbrit, a Burmese-British brewery, has opened a couple taprooms in Bangkok. The secondary location is Burbrit at Phra Khanong BTS station.
Burbrit’s two locations
The first location to open was the Sukhumvit road location. Burbrit then turned around and opened another location in the Ekamai area. It has since closed, but the new location at Phra Khanong BTS station has opened.
Bur(mese) + Brit(ish) = Burbrit
As explained above their door, the brewery was started by 3 ‘Burs’ and a Brit, so thus the combined name of Burbrit.
Additionally, the décor is rather unique. The window frames are all black with a Art Nouveau look, and the inside has a high ceiling, giving it a feel of a bigger space.
