A number of breweries and organizations are making big moves in the Thai craft beer world, and two of the biggest have announced a collaboration and launch party at the start of November.
Chitbeer, a Thai craft beer pioneer, has been making beer on the little river-island of Koh Kret, north of central Bangkok. Recently, the brewery has been making some big moves by opening a number of taprooms in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and soon Phuket.
The Brewing Project, another behemoth in the Thai craft beer scene, has been winning international beer (and design) awards and pumping out some great beers. Their beers can be found on tap and in cans in a wide variety of bars and restaurants across Bangkok and beyond. They have collaborated with international and local breweries, alike, and so this collaboration has been a collaboration in the making.
