The Scottish brewery, known for its hyperbolic language about its beer, has taprooms around the world, and opened BrewDog Ploenchit in the middle of 2024. It is in a prime location of the city, and a lot of time energy and money has been put into the venue.
Features of BrewDog Ploenchit:
- 16 taps + full menu
- Mostly BrewDog beers, but includes a few guest taps
- Large TVs for sports games
- Dart boards (electronic)
BrewDog Ploenchit is centrally located and offers a range of beers, a full bar, and food menu. There are TVs for live sports, a small stage for live music & guest DJs.
BrewDog is also very dog friendly. There are pictures of the staff and customer’s furry friends.
Beer selection at BrewDog
The bar is a is a taproom, meaning that the bar primarily offers beer from it’s home brewery, BrewDog, but there are also a couple guest taps. There are 16 taps for beers and a possible cider or two. The beers range from lager to coffee stout and milkshake IPAs and so many beers in between.
At the grand opening, the guest taps were:
- Rodenbach Fruitage
- PG13 Guava by Thong Pradit Thai craft brewery
- Sour City Mong Kok Iced Lemon Tea by Yardley Brothers (in collaboration with Thai craft breweries: Baan Bangkok,& Sandport Beer)
Getting to BrewDog Ploenchit
The taproom is in the Ploenchit area, on the south side of the main road, Ploen Chit Road.
It is located in between Chit Lom BTS and Ploen Chit BTS stations, so if you are coming by public transportation use either station; exit 4 or exit 2, respectively.
