Brewave X hosted 39 brands to win 3 votes
“Brewave X, part 3” was a great event that brought together local Thai brewers and many beer drinkers happy to try the beer and vote for their favorites. Not everyone could win the vote, but getting to try so many good beers felt like a victory, and overall it was Brewave X for the win.
Each brewer had their own table and many of them had more than 1 category of beer to try, each table had plastic cups to try the free samples, and there was a printed sheet to mark each person’s vote for the top selection of the three categories:
- Fruited
- Wheat
- Pale Ale/IPA

EDITOR’S NOTE:
The event was a great chance to see where the upcoming Thai craft beer scene is headed, and it was such a happy and positive environment. Although that is not really a surprise for a beer tasting event.
Personally, I was very impressed with the quality of beer at the event. There was not a bad beer that I tried. There were a few that were not my favorite styles, but the beers were all well-made.
The future of Thai craft beer certainly seems bright based on the the happy and eager brewers in attendance.
