Thursday November 5th is International Stout Day 2026; a chance to enjoy the dark beers, or perhaps one of the oldest styles, even Guinness.
International Stout Day 2026 is happening on a Thursday, as it does every year… But fortunately, stouts are not too hard to find if you know where to look. Some great choices include:
Hair of the Dog, Phrom Phong
Hair of the Dog is already known for having at least one good, and often imperial, stout on tap. Plus they have a whole stout fridge* at the front of the bar.
And for the special day, have are putting on multiple stouts!!!
* stouts are supposed to be served a little warmer than other beers, so the fridge is not as cold as for the rest of the beer.

Happening over the next few days, Beer People / ประชาชนเบียร์ are hosting 15 breweries at IconSiam, one of the biggest malls in Bangkok. Many of the brewpubs in attendance have stouts on tap.
