Sept. 26: HELPARTY – Help Arty Party is an opportunity to give some support to someone that has helped the local Thai beer industry. Daddy G’s is hosting the event to raise money to keep Arty out of jail for posting pictures of beer.

The event will be held this Saturday, September 26th. If anyone is free, you’d like to come.

As the court-ordered deadline (October 9th) approached, I became more and more stressed every day, because if I didn’t have the money to pay the fine, I would have to go to jail instead.

At this event, I received immense kindness from friends in the industry. It made me realize that someone like me doesn’t deserve this, because I caused my friends so much trouble to help me.

The event will feature craft beers from incredibly generous friends, some of which are hard to find, and some you might not even see if you go to the brewery specifically. This event might also see a gathering of many great Thai craft beers all at once.

Entry is free! Even if you don’t drink anything, you can still come and vent to me, haha. Beer at the event is 150 baht for all types, but if you buy a package ticket for 777 baht, you get 7 glasses, averaging just over 100 baht per glass (plus a free limited edition can!). This is the most affordably priced beer event in Thailand!

The event will be held at Daddy G’s smoke & brew, Rama IX Soi 53, on September 26th, starting at 2 PM until supplies run out.

Saturday, July 19th—starting at 1:00 PM. First come, first served. We’ve got about 27–28 kegs of beer, all sourced from friends in the scene—top-quality stuff. Come help us drink it all up! Also, please buy some shirts, hats, and bags while you’re at it. The fines are insanely expensive 😭😭😭—damn it!”
