Thai Coffee beer please

There is mango sticky rice beer, and there are plenty of lagers using Thai rice, so… can we have more Thai coffee beer, please? Generally the Bangkok Beer Guide is happy to promote the beer scene in Bangkok as it is, but if we could make a request to the local Thai breweries, it would be to please make some tasty Thai coffee beers.

While stout is an obvious choice for its dark complexity, there is room for other styles, too. Kona brewing in Hawaii has a Pipeline Porter that features local coffee and is very session-able. Beer & Brewing wrote about 9 Coffee Beers with Unconventional Base Styles.

Can you imagine a Thai coffee beer with flavors of coconut?!?

Thai Coffee's growth

Thailand grows coffee, and there is quite the coffee culture in the country. We love the idea of getting some locally brewed beer based off Thai coffee drinks.

Coffee beers in Thailand

To be clear, there are a couple coffee-related beers that have been in the Bangkok beer scene. Below are the two that we are aware of. We would love to now if there are more.
