This ‘Heat + Hops’ guide is to help the chili-heads and spice-curious find some of the best local bottles to buy in 2026. And if you are so inclined, you can pair the sauce with some great Thai craft brews.

  • The Fat Cow has multiple locations, and all of them offer Firepower Hot sauces to pair with their burgers, sandwiches, and everything else. 

    • editor’s note: the BLT sandwich with some hot sauce is a favorite.
  • On tap of that, the Fat Cow also keeps local beers on tap. 

Bar.Yard (Pathum Wan):

Fatty’s Bar & Diner (Din Daeng):

  • Bangkok’s legendary Dive Bar with spicy wings and local sauce bottles on every table.

ChangWon Chicken & Beer (all locations):

  • Get craft beer and Korean fried chicken at all three locations in Bangkok.
  • The fried chicken can be ordered spicy, but – there is also the Angry Bird option. It uses pepper extract to make the chicken incredibly hot. Eat with caution.

Pijiu Bar and HongJiu Grill (Soi Nana, Chinatown):

  • Get craft beer at Pijiu bar, and get meat and snacks delivered from HongJiu Grill, a few doors down. 
  • Features spicy Sichuan-style bar snacks that pair perfectly with their craft beer fridge.
